All of our products are individually handmade from FDA Compliant Foodsafe Silicone and can be used with Sugarpaste, Gumpaste, Chocolate and Isomalt.
The silicone is very supple and has easy release properties but for very detailed or intricate designs, we suggest dusting the mould very lightly with cornflour and placing the filled mould into the freezer for 5-10 minutes to aid release of the finished piece .
